Make sure your wifi card and drivers have AP support! If needed install appropriate drivers.

zypper in hostapd

Regional settings

Check with

iw reg get

if wrong set with

iw reg set <ISO country code>

Set Network

Set an IP adress with mask
Set as master with no encryption, encryption will be managed by hostedapt.conf
Change <path to network config files>

Config hostapd
