openSUSE talk:Downtime
Time Specifications
Since the wiki is written for an International audience, shouldn't any time referenced be specified in UTC or, at least, additionally annotated in UTC? For instance, "Thursday, 08:00 - 10:00 CET" perhaps should be "Thursday, 07:00 - 09:00 UTC" or "Thursday, 08:00 - 10:00 CET (07:00 - 09:00 UTC)".
This also works the issue of what should be done with this article when CEST is the current local time in the city of the server(s) since UTC never has a "Summer" or "Daily Savings" variant.
