version.h issues with kernel 3.7.x

I added a section for openSUSE 12.3 on the issue. It's not that well written but it will give the end-user an exit strategy from the recompile problem. VMWare doesn't document where it searches for the version information. Hence, as the kernel goes on, VMWare will inherently be looking in legacy locations unless they change something. I have emailed this information to VMWare's development team already.
