Archive:S.u.S.E. Linux 5.0

S.u.S.E. Linux 5.0 was released on July of 1997. It was preceeded by S.u.S.E. Linux 4.4 and succeeded by S.u.S.E. Linux 5.1. YaST was re-written in this release and the RPM package format was adopted (but the TGZ was still supported).

Some packages included were:

  • Kernel 2.0.30
  • BASH 2.0
  • Qt 1.2
  • XFree86 3.3 and FVWM 4.0.45
