Membership

  • Discussed increasing the amount of membership officials
  • Concluded, also based on feedback from Wolfgang, to add three more.
  • Gerald will send out a note to the project@ list.
  • Found it would be good to trim redundant readme items from https://code.opensuse.org/project/membership and keep in one place on Wiki.
  • As part of onboarding new membership official team members, enhance documentation (responsibilities, checklist used for recruiting and onboarding).

Bugzilla

  • Ticket filed with SUSE IT about getting contact with Bugzilla admins:
  • https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1220916
  • Looking for a solution rather than simply deleting "If you experience any difficulties or find any issues, please, report to SUSE Bugzilla Team" on landing page.
  • Doug and Gerald on it.

  • Discussion about IRC moderation.
