  • Patrick finds he's not go enough time to pursue the Foundation
  • (which was the primary reason to apply for the board).
  • Feels cannot do both at the same time.

Form complaint template

  • Will do a separate meeting to create a template so people can respond to the design to answer all the questions the board might need to process a complaint.
  • AI Doug and Neal - template is complete

Framework for projects clarity

  • WIP
  • Doug, Marcel, Gertjan, Robert, Lubos,... discussed during committee meeting last week.
  • Gerald and Doug discussing/making further changes and refinements.
