ddemaio: Call for a vote to not object to the transfer of these funds to KDE e.V.
AGREED (+6, 0, -0) to not object to the transfer of KDE League funds to KDE, e.V.
Form complaint template
Will do a separate meeting to create a template so people can respond to the design to answer all the questions the board might need to process a complaint
Framework for projects (Project Clarity)
Which specific project are part of openSUSE as of today?
Ask three different people, and you'll get three (slightly) different answers today.
Also, how does a project become part of openSUSE?
Doug and Gerald will take on the Framework for projects task
Having an engagement metric might be good but not give the clarity
Define the umbrella
Ask the project if they want to be considered within the project
Projects that are part of openSUSE fall under the Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct
Involve SUSE for clarity on how a framework would look
Improving moderation
What can we do?
Patrick: Use AI to flag messages based on content? May be a good GSoC project to implement a mailman plugin for something similar to an Automod
Short term proposal: Add text to confirmation email for new subscribers, that user agrees to comply with the code of conduct
Blast a renewal message for current subscribers with the same terms. Remaining subscribed means accepting the terms and compliance with the code of conduct.
