Vision Statement

- Should the board send out proposals? - Concerened about having too much going on at the same time with other current name / foundation discussions as such the board left this on hold.

Project Name / Logo / Foundation

- Board believes there is enough of a consenceus on the foundation to leave a vote until we have a formal proposal to put to members - There was clearly no consensus on a name change, Simon to ping the election committee to get name vote happening on Monday. - Like the Vision statement the board decided there was too much going on in the project currently to proceed with discussions around changing the logo and decided to postpone this discussion as well.
