My name is Jorge Duré A.K.A. Koki. I'm from Paraguay, and I work at Fundación Parque Tecnológico Itaipú Paraguay, as web, software and hardware developer. I have been using GNU/Linux since I started the university, almost 8 years by now. I started using Debian, then I turned using Ubuntu and its variants, and since a while I'm using openSUSE.
Well, I have to say, I'M LOVING IT! I have tried openSUSE before, but since about a month ago it is my every day’s work tool, and I'm very satisfied. I consider myself as a perfectionist programmer and engineer, all the things that I do not only have to work, they all have to work well, and openSUSE is helping me to reach all my goals.
Since I've started following the OpenSource philosophy, I naturally became a GNU/Linux ambassador. I always spread the word about using GNU/Linux everywere, here in my job, at home, with relatives and friends, with my girlfriend who doesn't understand a thing about computers, well, actually, everywhere! Now, I want to continue with my ambassador work, but contributing officially to the openSUSE project.
And here I am, and I am ready to work! I've always been!
