It's me, Jim!

Hello! My name is James Ed Randson, you can call me Jim.

I am a part-time software developer and package maintainer in a home repository within openSUSE Build Services. I use Linux as my primary operating system and I am an enthusiast and user within the Linux community. Additionally, I identify as a Linux VTuber, which is a term for a virtual content creator. For a period of time in the recent past, I pursued a career as a web developer. At present, I am enrolled at Indonesia Open University (Universitas Terbuka), where I am studying in the undergraduate Information Systems program. My extracurricular activities are not particularly distinctive; I partake in activities such as viewing Japanese animation, documentaries, listening to AM/SW Radio, and watching television. I have a strong interest in engineering, particularly in the domains of firearms and computing. My place of birth is in June of 2004. I hail from the administrative region of Bandung Regency, which is situated within the province of West Java in Indonesia.

I have expertised skill on Server Administration and Management, Operating Systems, and Computer Science. I love vintage computers and learning about psychology and parenting, which it's important to improve for building a healthy family. Also, I do playing some games like Minecraft and Luanti, but I love playing some FPS franchise like Call of Duty and Battlefield series. Also, I'm really love to learn autodidact and read some books and online docs. My favourite programming language is Python and Shell. I have been using openSUSE for 3 years until now, which also I'm using Arch, Debian, and Fedora as preffered Linux distribution that I have use. That's it about me.

What's your current project, Jim?

Nothing much, I'm just volunteering to made a small contribute at some project in translation for Indonesian and working for making translation in Sundanese in some openSUSE projects. But I have a few project that I'm working for in Everything with Jim like making a front-end CLI package manager in future, researching about Virtual YouTubers and how it works in programming and engineering side, and I'm working for making some e-books to demonstrate everything that I want to tell to everybody. I love to made an journey for seeking a new thing which it's interesting to learn about it.
