Furthermore, as the number of questions increases, an expand/collapse mechanism (as part of an overview page presenting all questions) will very likely make sense for easier navigation. (Don't know how to achieve this - especially not, when taking into account that - contrary to e.g. Wikipedia - not all MediaWiki plugins are enabled for security reasons.

(sub)section TOC doesn't seem to work properly - the first question never gets included - inead, the = signs are displayed literally (no heading is rendered). In addition, I had to include some (fake) level 2 heading so that the TOC was displayed at all

When linking/including the z/Architecture Principles of Operation manual, the file name is displayed - even though a caption title was given. (So, why isn't that title taken into account?)
