I was in the middle of following the tutorial to create packages in the new wiki. Because this link was broken I had to go over to the old wiki and manually search for this information. It only occurred to me to do this the second time I tried to make a package. I should be able to continue to click the links of the tutorial and not get pages which are empty and tell me nothing so I don't know how to build a package.

Maybe it's because you want people to make the new wiki better by transferring the data properly but some sort of placeholder so people following the packaging tutorial seems like a good idea and I don't understand why you deleted it.
