Basic information
Notes:
- some spammers use uppercase letters "OIS" instead of the numbers "015".
- some spammers use uppercase letters "OISB" instead of the numbers "0158".
- sometimes there's are some delimiter chars (dots, whitespace, ...) after each digit, so the regex checks for 10 or 11 digits without letters in between
