How do I remove the vga=xxx from the bootline

I am having troubles with booting kiwi images on HP ProBook 6550b. There seems to be a bug on that. The workaround is remove the vga=xxx from the bootline.

How can this bee done? I have removed/changed lines in KIWIboot.pm so vga=xxx is not inserted in the bootline. Anyway it is still appearing - Why?
