UART access

The top cover is glued on. Below it there's a transparent plastic cover with four screws and integrated tube connected to two LEDs on the board as well as an LED "panel" connected with a cable to the board - careful when taking it off.

Between connectors USB 3 and USB 4 there are four holes. Pin 1 is GND, pin 2 is TX, pin 3 is RX.

U-Boot

The device ships with a v2015.01 based U-Boot and has FAT (not ext4) support and booti command built-in.

Kernel

Initial S912 (Meson GXM) support is in 4.10. Device tree patches for R-Box Pro have been submitted for 4.11.
