Board Election

  • Needs to get started but will also need to wait until January when people are available again.
  • Two new election officials were appointed last week. Gerald will draft a more formal announcement.

openSUSE.Asia Summit

  • The team would like a response to the email from Sunny about the proposal submitted for the summit
  • Proposal was approved, Gerald to draft response
  • Any board members plan attending? Simon will try to attend

Trademark Issues

  • There were several issues presented around unauthorized trademark usage. The board discussed and planned next steps for after the holidays.
