- Test instance and main instance are now pretty well aligned, so we can switch back to using meet.opensuse.org.
Copyright Dates in spec files
- Outside legal says that the year is unnecessary and only included because it's "always been there."
- AI: jeffm: Check previous ticket and ask SUSE legal for clarification if needed
Board Election Upcoming
- New volunteers to become election officials
- Both were approved by board vote over email
- Hack Week project to improve election system

- Mostly rehash of discussion in previous round - largely aligned with SUSE and Fedora's policies
- Need to formalize document, vote, and post
Amazing update on Sovereingty
lkocman had a meetup with Andy Fitzsimon and Andreas Prins describing found issues. I did ask them for a help to raise priority of my existing legal request to modify document. Teaming up with Sovereignty team lead to confirmation that Legal team (Chioma) will update openSUSE:License to an EU entity in next couple of weeks.
Evaluating Hackweek 2025 projects from the Open Explorer (community) perspective
Is there any Hackweek 2025 project that OS board wants to show support to? We'll be scoring projects right after the board meeting.
