• AI Gerald to reach out to election officials

Recognition platform for openSUSE (lkocman)

• Lubos is giving away recognitions for work on openSUSE Leap release.
• Has been using Leap DVDs in the past, nowadays we do emails.
• And wanted to do better than this for 16.0.
• Lubos goal is to have a public instance of kudos by end of Hackweek (part of his Hackweek project).

Digital Sovereignty

• We don't benefit from our EU origin as much as we could.
• Seems like there is small steps that could make a big difference.
• Largest challenge will be reworking License (or maybe making two). Some work will have to be done with legal team, and some perhaps with help from Digital Sovereignty team
• Good starting point would be a dedicated page for Digital Sovereignty.

Guidance on Financial Donation links

• Draft E-Mail was sent to board mailing list 28-Oct; needs review/Proofreading.

Do we need to try something more reliable then Jitsi?

• Jitsi seems to be incredibly inconsistent, when it comes to Audio/Video.
• Next Board Meeting, we will try the "test" instance https://meet-test.opensuse.org/OSBoard
• Google Meet has been used in the past; BigBlueButton is another possibility
• AI: Shawn following up with Heroes, to just see if the issues are something that can be mitigated.
