• Proposal sent to the board
• Budget details to be discussed and agreed upon
• Organisers proposed not calling it openSUSE Conference, which could be problematic
• Looking for speakers from the openSUSE community
• Tentative date: April 2026
• Geekos Foundation can potentially sponsor and provide them a virtual card for their expenses if they do not have a sort of association for money transfer
