Domain Transfer open.qa

• To consider board approval of the transfer of the open.qa domain from Richard Brown to the Project
  • Richard and the Heroes already agree on their parts of the transfer

  • The board voted to accept the domain.

Discord and GDPR

• Issue: Discord ToS have changed to require age verification in some jurisdictions. If in Europe, this could constitute a potential GDPR violation.
• Statement (draft): The openSUSE project has several official communication channels outlined at https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Communication_channels. The board allows the use of the openSUSE trademark for external communication tools where the community members using these tools agree to appoint a moderation team and to adhere to the project Code of Conduct. The board does not determine the terms of service these platforms use.
