Make ALP great plaform for Python and make Python a foundation of ALP.

Scope of the work

• System Python for the host system — located in /usr/libexec/bin/system-python (tentative location) with libraries probably in /usr/lib*/python-system/ directory tree.

• Multiple versions of Python for the SUSE-provided containers. Only those supported upstream:

• • Python 3.9
  • Python 3.10
  • Python 3.11
  • in near future probably Python 3.12

• PED-3860: Any interpreter needed for system components need to be separated in their own namespace

Communication

The primary mean of communication is currently the Matrix group #opensuse-python:libera.chat).
