Problem

When running the X-Plane from Laminar Research off the DVD when it comes time to insert the 2nd DVD KDE prevents the ejection of the first one as it's in use running the installer.

Solution

A workaround to this is to copy the Linux installer off the DVD and run it from a directory off the hard drive.
