Quanta is a F/OSS HTML editor for KDE. This editor is capable of both WYSIWYG design and pure HTML coding. It's currently released as part of KDE.

Uses KDE KIO slaves for FTP, SSH and other protocol support.
Display the source code, WYSIWYG Mode (called VPL --Visual Page Layout-- in Quanta) or both.
