[edit] How to enable it

The Plasma Netbook interface is included in the standard KDE installation - only a couple of mouseclicks are needed to enable it.

To enable the Netbook interface, start 'System Settings', choose 'Workspace Behavior', choose 'Workspace' and under "Workspace Type" choose "Netbook". For more info and tips see the external links below.
