- Total cost to run
- Aim to be successful as other oSC's for gaining new members
- Create a list of technical universities to share as areas of interest
- Patrick talked about a bidding process https://wiki.debian.org/DebConf/25/Bids/ - and Luna suggested bidding process via Wiki pages on the openSUSE Wiki with voting in the end
