  • What/Problem: various openSUSE services were disfunctional (wiki, etherpad, idm, progress, events)
  • When: 2024-04-23 02:10 to 09:30 UTC
  • Why: We identified a number of contributing issues:
    • haproxy on hel1+2 failed to start because of a 0-byte cert file created around midnight.
    • ssh login was impossible because idm was unavailable
