The section 'Copyright' should be named 'Copyright and License'. It is the only place where we refer to the GFDL.

The section 'Copyright' is wrong. It lists Novell as exclusive copyright holder. We don't do copyright assignment here, do we?

The 'Terms Of Site' text disagrees with the terms of the GFDL. See my discussion entry there.

While the 'Redistribution Program' is still not set up, please encourange prospective redistributors to contact us for an individual agreement.
