Tumbleweed and Leap 15.3

After booting the installation media and starting installation steps, simply select Xfce Desktop on the System Role selection screen

Leap 15.2

1. Select Generic Desktop as System Role
2. On the Installation Summary screen, select Software
3. In the Pattern list on the left, search and tick Xfce Desktop
4. After confirming with OK the Installation can be started from the Summary screen
