My name is Peter Varkoly and I work for SUSE Linux in Nuremberg since 1999. In the first 4 years I've worked as consulter on several costumer projects. At the time I'm a member of the server team. My special subject is to plan the cooperation different server processes in the network.

OpenSchoolServer
2002 SuSE began to develope the SUSE Linux School Server in partnership with the administrative district Fürth. I led the developement of this product. This Product was based on the SUSE EMail-Server and later on the SUSE Linux OpenExchange Server.
This "SUSE Linux School Server" was critically acclaimed. Since the takeover of SUSE by Novell the development of this product was continued under the name Open School Server by EXTIS GmbH.
