Paragraph Headlines - With Capital Letters (Standard English) or without capital letters (wiki like)?

But why are the first headlines written with capital letters but the last ones just like normal text? One style for all headlines possible? (I am no natural English speaker - maybe some of them would know better?)--Pistazienfresser 12:05, 8 June 2011 (MDT)

I think the former "openSUSE Build Service" is now named Open Build Service . Localization

It is a pity the Strategy does not include localization efforts. For example, the handbooks are available in English and German only. --Yecril71pl 06:01, 9 June 2011 (MDT)

Check the community statement it mentions translators explicitely.
