This does not belong here. Such general rules belong into the Guiding principles. Currently http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Guiding_principles appears to disagree with the above with regards to religious texts:

We value ... 
... respect for other persons and their contributions, for other opinions and beliefs.
