My name is Coly Li, and I work for Novell. Since July 1, 2007, I transfer to SuSE Labs and work on file system development full time.
Currently, I work on
- ocfs2, for SLES10 SP2 and SLES11 HA extension.

I am winner of funnest project in Novell 1st hackers week. See [1] In Google Summer of Code 2008, I mentored a student to enable Ext4 in Grub Lagecy. the code is used in OpenSuSE 11.1.
Here are several stuffs I am working on to kill my spare time (no any relationship with my employer):
- Translate a Chinese version of "Linkers and Loaders".
- Translate some technical papers into Chinese.
- Write a very basic microkernel MLXOS (Multitask Layered eXecution Operating System) for education.
- Maintain http://www.mlxos.org website to hold all the above three items.
In late 2008, I finished my master thesis and got my Engineering Master degree. Here is my thesis (written in Chinese only) in pdf format http://mlxos.org/docs/coly_tpig_20081102.pdf
