Hello Guys, This page was created to search for the openSUSE users/member , who are having their account on the SocNet Twitter site. So plz feel free to add your name below to let everyone know of the Twitterer in openSUSE and simultaneously add among your-selfs to GROW the NETWORK and SPREAD the WORD

The @openSUSE Twitter account is used to speak about openSUSE - and to answer questions.

We use the following guidelines for sending out tweets:

  • No more than 10 tweets per day. We don't want people unfollowing it because there are too many updates. Usually not a problem.
  • RT ("ReTweet") things that are positive and important regarding openSUSE: i.e., conference announcements, reviews of openSUSE, etc.
  • Respond to questions or comments when it's helpful to do so. (i.e., don't bother to respond to people saying "openSUSE sucks" or "uninstalling openSUSE, installing distro Y" or even "uninstalling DistroX, installing openSUSE"). But when people have legitimate questions or comments (like "I hope openSUSE has Delta RPM support" I'd respond "@user Yes, Delta RPM actually originated with SUSE..."
  • Try to post at least once per day, on weekdays.
