Dialog Help

Help is vital for inexperienced users. The reason why many users don`t use help is that they think, that the information they seek is either not there or is too complicated to be obtained.

Properties of Dialog Help

• Help appears on the left side of a main dialog.
• Help describes only the current dialog page.
• Important words like field captions are bold to allow the user a quicker navigation through the help text.
• On the first page of a module there is a general description of the module in the help text.
