Proposal of new YaST module for configuration kdump

The main goal of the new module is configuration kdump. There is proposal of UI. It includes mock-ups of the new module.

There are still some open points therefor some widgets can be removed, changed or replaced.

There are missing some widgets becasue some options for this parts are not clear.

I will update mock-ups step by step.
