Printed Manual

If you bought a boxed version of openSUSE (of SUSE Linux) you already have a printed manual at hand. Find detailled documentation about YaST, its modules and some howtos in there.

Included Manual

The manual is also included in the distribution itself. It should get installed by default, if not, just install the package opensuse-manual_en (for the English manual). Just look for the help button in your main menu. The help center offers the openSUSE manual it its navigation.

You may as well read the manual with the browser of your choice. Start your browser and navigate to: /usr/share/doc/manual/opensuse-manual_en/manual/index.html

Additional all manuals are available online and even as a PDF file as download. Find all available documentation at http://www.novell.com/documentation/suse.html
