It is not as simple as to translate existing articles and they will by magic appear in some other language wiki. For discussion and asking questions about openSUSE wiki translation, you may want to subscribe to opensuse-wiki mail list. Wait for confirmation email, answer it, and you can post to the opensuse-wikilist.
