Hi

I'm a novice in Linux, and due to this fact sorry if my question appear strange

I have Fujitsu Siemens computer PIII and I wanted to install SUSE LINUX 10.1 (I already used this version with an older computer celeron and it was working fine). but with this "new" computer I have a big problem during the installation, the CD start, and I see the first installation page, but after the loading of the kernel it appear a black screen and nothing else move.

I tried to installa SUSE LINUX 8.1 and all ok no problem, even with Windows XP the installation start without problem.

I want to use the new version of LINUX because I can run SKYPE...

but why I cannot?

I tried with all the different installation options proposed but all time the same error :'(

What I can do?

someone can help me?
