User talk:Erenarcan

From openSUSE

Again welcome Erenarcan,

I (we) appreciate every new member that shows initiative. You just selected wrong place to edit. It is not big deal, but I thought that you should know that we don't edit each other's User page. We call it "personal page" and it is in some way private. What you write on your page is your business and nobody else should edit it, unless you wrote something against the law or rules written in article Legal. Even then it is good idea to discuss with others on mail list opensuse-wiki@opensuse.org (how to subscribe you can see on Communicate page) and see what they think.

Also, please see this thread:

After that was written article Wiki Personal Pages to make clear that changing User page (that is not yours) is not good idea.

Above message was about 2 edits of personal pages User:Hakabon and User:Cometus where you changed Turkey to Turkiye.

Typing error is not a good reason to touch other user personal (User) page. If you want to warn about some error than just write like message like you did on my talk page.

If you like to help with wiki editing you can visit Wiki Team page. Probably you can help the most with translation of articles from English to your language and add more content to http://tr.opensuse.org .

See what you would like to do the most, and go ahead.
