From openSUSE

I have a big in SUSE 10.2.. When I installed the OS i have chosen the Russian Language, and it was! But when the OS was installed there was English language, but in the Settings it is Russian! Please fix this BUG and send me the patch as fast as you can. Question: What is on the second CD оа your OS??

There is no bug, you need "Language Add On CD".
