My name is Scott Morris. I enjoy a job where I have OpenSUSE everywhere. All my servers and my desktop. I share tips, tricks, and processes that I've picked up along the way on SuseBlog, my contribution to the Linux world. I really enjoy writing about Linux and between my blog and My author page on Novell's site, I'm up to about 350 articles and tutorials. I love writing to help other people learn the joys of using OpenSUSE.
A little of my background, from my blog:
I’ve used around 25 different versions of 5 different operating systems over a period of more than 20 years. Of those many operating systems, I worked well in MS-DOS (yeah, pre-1992); Windows 95 - Windows XP (I skipped Windows 3.1 - I didn’t care for it at all); Mac OS 9.x - X; and Mandrake, Red Hat, Gentoo, and SUSE Linux.
My favorite machine that I ever had was my 8088 with the 1200 baud modem in it that connected to the 300 baud news bulletin board system. Of course, that was 1991, and such technology may not even work anymore.
