My Name is Luis Richard Dominguez, everyone calls me for my Second Name Richard, i live in Panama City, Republic of Panama, I'm Developer and Web Designer and Activist of Free Software (Software Libre)

Since 2006 belong to the Fraternidad del Software Libre (ce-libre.fslpma.org), now a foundation, which concern is promote, educate and develop about Free Software-based technology. Too, support to user groups comunities in the nationwide.

I has organized and participated in several events, since 2006 how:FLISOL (flisol.net), ECSL (http://wiki.softwarelibre.ca) Conferences students and professors nationwide, Local installfests, etc.
