My user page. Very soon now I will add something useful. BTW, if you are here and have an answer for anything that I am thinking about please feel free to put it here. If I can figure out a good way to make a page on this site with that info so that it will help others I will.

Think about

• Why there isn't a good page that lays out the upgrade from 9.3 to 10.0?
  • Just as good a question is why upgrades between versions aren't easier than they are?
  • This is the land of the "Masters of diff" why isn't there a process that can easily move a system from 10.0 to 10.1 without significant potential pain and real trepidation.
• Why there isn't a good page that explains some of the common practice for common things like hosting.
  • Packages used
    • FTP
    • Common Apache setup
      • Common practice directory setup for users and the webserver
    • Howto for dns and secondaries
    • Java server hookup between apache and tomcat with virtual domains
      • Who the hell really understands Tomcat with virtual domans?
