Why 'chaas08'?

It was in the early 90': I spent my vacation in the USA and tried AOL and some other Online Services. My favorite nickname chaas was in use and i tried chaas08...

Backround

• 1992 or 1993: First contact with Linux (Slaxware on 5 1/4" Floppy Disks)
• 1995: First contact with SuSE Linux (3.x ??, don't remember)
• Since 1995: Using all Version from SuSE and openSUSE From 1995-today
• 1998: Foundation of the LUGAL (Linux UserGroup Allgäu)
• 1999: Support of the first LUG booth in the Linuxpark at System in Munich
• 2001: Support of LUG booth at Linuxtag in Stuttgart
• 2000,20001,2006,2009: Organization LUG-Camp (see other projects)
