Talk:ZENworks Management Daemon (ZMD)
From openSUSE
As filenames/command names within Linux are case sensitive, I'm wondering whether a more consistant naming/labelling scheme should be used for "zmd" in both this entry's text body and diagram.
ZMD, zmd, Zmd ... which is it going to be? I really don't know - nor am I aware of whether the use of such variety within the descriptions was intentional or not.
The article talks about old software that is no more in use. If we delete all articles that talk about old software, or about old versions, we remove reference to our history, and make impossible to go back and read about concepts, see features, see discussions, and so on.
Articles like this can be moved to name space that is not searched by default, which will cleanup search results from historic references, and give users relevant articles for current versions, but deleting all old stuff is not the way to go. The people that have no written history are doomed to repeat error of the past. --Rajko M 09:34, 10 October 2009 (UTC)
