When upgrading from 10.3, it is also necessary to upgrade libcurl4 (before issuingzypper refcommand )
rpm -Uvh 'http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.1/repo/oss/suse/i586/libcurl4-7.19.0-11.1.i586.rpm'
or
rpm -Uvh 'http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.1/repo/oss/suse/x86_64/libcurl4-7.19.0-11.1.x86_64.rpm'
The corresponding error is "Error occurred while setting download (curl) options ... "
