Architecture and processor requirements

I was wondering why the Intel Celeron is not on the system requirements list - is there an installation or run time problem with these chips?

Harddisk requirements information change suggestion

I have installed SuSE Linux 10.1 ,and the default install size was:

• 2.1 GB for standard system with KDE
• 2.8 GB for standard system with GNOME

I think that these numbers suggest to change the recommended hard disk to higher than 2.5 , 3GB vas said by Novell company seehttp://www.novell.com/products/suselinux/sysreqs.html .Mezo 16:08, 21 October 2006 (UTC)

Memory requirements on x86-64

From my experience, the memory requirements should be corrected upwards for 64 bit systems. Even with 512 MB, the 64 bit installation regularly OOMs on me, while a 32 bit installation goes fine.
