resizing possible

I have just successfully resized a MacOS X partition. I am running a PowerMAC G4 (New World) with Tiger (10.4) installed. I ran 'install start_shell', then used 'parted' included on the openSUSE 10.2 CDs. I was able to safely shrink the HFS+ partition with no problems so I could follow the rest of these directions and set up the Linux partitions necessary to install. I restarted Tiger before installing openSUSE just to see if it worked - Success! I have only one MAC to try this on, however. Just FYI.

Works again

I successfully resized OS Tiger without losing data on an older G4 than the last. 2 for 2!
