You shold think about better softmodem support. The drivers that comewith the OS don't work. THe driver that I downloaded causes a hard freeze every time I connect to the internet, I ditched my Agere modem and since I couldn't find a hardmodem, I have a SmartLink-based modem wow, which works great under Windows, but the the default driver does not work, I sure hope the SL driver I just downloaded works well. I know everyone had DSL now, but there still are people with softmodems out there (I know, it's sad).

Why would that matter in a status meeting? You should open a bugreport at bugzilla if something does not work for you. - Henne
