Talk:LTSP/Scanner
From openSUSE
ltsp# scanimage -L
scanimage: error while loading shared libraries: libgphoto2.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
ltsp# sane-find-scanner
sane-find-scanner: error while loading shared libraries: libgphoto2.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Looks like libgphoto2 is required in the chroot image.
This is now fixed: http://devzilla.novell.com/kiwi-ltsp/show_bug.cgi?id=46
No scanner recognized by this driver (net)
My scanner is working on the LTSP client (scanimage -T says so), but the LPTS server net driver says: "No scanner recognize by this driver". If the LTPS client boots not from LAN but hard disk and sane.conf, dll.conf (I modified config.[mac] file to copy dll.conf file also and scp the firmware files) and the IP address are the same, LTPS server seems the scanner, so I can scan. It seems something like that hdd installed can answer but LANboot LTPS can't. Can anyone help? Thnx in advance
